Canaan Baptist Church is a Bible based church whose purpose is to build God's kingdom here on earth. We are striving to produce kingdom citizens of every age by allowing the power of God to move in a holistic way within the lives of the people touching all aspects of humanity. By the preaching, teaching, and application of God’s word, we at Canaan Strive to worship and serve God, win souls to Christ, and provide service to our community. At Canaan, we endeavor to teach our children strong biblical principles that will prepare them for their journey through life. By the will and Grace of God, we will continue to uphold the honored tradition of the Baptist church by standing up for social justice, economical empowerment, and political involvement within our community.
